Here's a heart inspired pendant, created in sterling silver, goldfilled and fused brass over silver. The little accent spheres are solid 14 kt. gold. The gemstone is a faceted lab created aquamarine, about 6 mm, set in a silver bezel tube setting. This piece measures about 2" by about 1 1/4" wide.
